Jasmina is een jonge dame die zo nu en dan een fotoshoot doet. Volgens eigen zeggen om leuke foto’s van zichzelf te hebben. Ze woont maar een dorp verder dus een afspraak was gauw gemaakt. Als locatie kozen we Fort De Kwakel, een fort uit de Vesting van Amsterdam. De belichting was simpel, een enkele SB-28 door een kleine witte doorschietparaplu of direct. Nikon leende me een D700 voor deze shoot.

Jasmina is a young lady who does a photoshoot every once in a while. According to her just to have some nice pictures of herself. She only lives a village away so an is was easy to make an appointment. The location was Fort De Kwakel, a fortress from the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The lighting was simple, a single SB-28 through a small white shoot-through umbrella or direct. Nikon lend me a D700 for this shoot.

Zondagmorgen vroeg was er bij het fort nog niemand te zien. Een mooie hoek van de buitenmuur diende als achtergrond voor diverse sets. Jasmina is zeer expressief en de poses passen goed bij de kleding.

Because of the early Sunday morning there was nobody at the fortress. A beautiful corner of the outer wall served as the background for different sets. Jasmina is very expressive and the poses fit the outfits very well.

Voor de laatste sets zochten we een plekje langs de Amstel. Met de passerende auto’s aan één kant en de boten aan de andere kant hadden we natuurlijk veel bekijks. Het jurkje met panterprint was daar zeker debet aan.

For the last sets we found a spot along the river Amstel. With cars on one side and boats on the other, we had lots of viewers. The panther-print dress was surely a cause.
